10A range, a basic accuracy of 0.8% and is suitable

for most applications.

The meter has ceramic fuse protection and bleeps in

the things are wrongly connected to prevent misuse.

It has an audible continuity check, measures

capacitance and frequency and performs diode,

transistor and logic tests.

This is a simple low cost meter with all the basic

It has the same safety and reliability as the rest of the

series but if 10A AC/DC current ranges and more

advanced features are required see the MM44, MM45

or MM47 meters.

The MM42 is ideal for basic volts and ohms

measurement and is a good choice for simple

electronic and educational applications.
